1. Job Description
– Working Hours
– Monday to Friday
– 08:00 – 18:00
– Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:15
– Develop data strategy, design scalable and maintainable data platforms and data models (data lake, CDP, etc.)
– Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines to collect data from backend systems, user tracking, system logs, and other sources
– Deploy and maintain tools for data quality assurance, lineage, schema validation, and system monitoring
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, sufficient, and delivered on time to meet business requirements
– Optimize storage and processing costs on cloud platforms (preferably AWS), ensuring system stability and performance
– Contribute to architectural proposals and define technical standards for data systems.

2. Experience & Skills
– Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer (preferably in SaaS or Product companies with real-time data)
– Proficiency in Python or Scala/Java for data processing and transformation
– Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, Kafka, Spark, dbt, or equivalent tools
– Proven experience operating data infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, Glue, Athena, EMR, etc.), with understanding of security, IAM, and cost control
– Strong systems thinking and debugging skills for complex pipelines
– Experience working with tracking systems, event-driven systems, or platforms powering real-time analytics dashboards
– Familiarity with tools such as Flink, Trino, Amundsen, Great Expectations, or similar
– Knowledge of modern data architectures: Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Contracts
– Experience implementing DataOps/GitOps practices in data management
– AWS certifications (Data Analytics / Solutions Architect) are a plus
