1. Job Description
– Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 08:00 – 18:00
Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:15
– Responsibilities:
– Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products, particularly in smart garage management and related domains.
– Participate in shaping product strategy, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare detailed business documentation.
– Advise on solutions upon receiving project briefs and evaluate risks of various business approaches.
– Design business workflows, data models, requirement specifications, and software processes.
– Guide, support, and mentor Middle/Junior BAs in requirement analysis and documentation.
– Review documentation from Middle/Junior BAs to ensure accuracy and quality.
– Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the development team during implementation.
– Ensure products are built according to requirements and meet high-quality standards.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Experience & Skills
– Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
– Ability to provide solution direction and strategic thinking in business analysis.
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
– Strong analytical and documentation skills with clear presentation of ideas.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
– UI/UX experience; ability to design wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent tools.
– Deep understanding of databases, APIs, and software development processes.
– Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, HRM solutions is an advantage.
– Mentoring and coaching skills for Middle/Junior BAs.
– Experience reviewing documentation to ensure adherence to business analysis standards.
