Senior Business Analyst (Accounting)
1. Job Description
-Working Hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 08:00 – 18:00
Lunch Break: 12:00 – 13:15
-Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products, particularly in the field of Smart Garage Management and related areas;
-Participate in shaping product strategy, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness of solutions;
-Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, and prepare detailed business documentation;
-Provide solution consulting upon receiving requirements, assess risks of proposed business approaches;
-Design business workflows, data models, requirement specifications, and software processes;
-Guide, support, and train Middle/Junior BAs in requirement analysis and documentation;
-Review documentation from Middle/Junior BAs to ensure accuracy and quality;
-Participate in product acceptance testing and support the development team during implementation;
-Ensure products are built according to requirements and meet high quality standards;
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Experience & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance;
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance, with preference for candidates experienced as a General Accountant;
-At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant/Auditor in software business analysis;
-Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Law, VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards), Circulars, Decrees, Tax regulations, etc.;
-Ability to propose solutions and think strategically in business analysis;
-Proficiency in designing wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent tools;
-Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas;
-Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills;
-Experience working with Agile/Scrum models is an advantage.
