Senior Product Owner
1. Job Description

Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 08:00 – 18:00
Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:15
– Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research on products, services, and competitors in relevant domains.
– Develop detailed plans for each product development phase, including tasks, timelines, and required resources.
– Collaborate with Project Managers to define and build the company’s product development strategy.
– Identify product requirements and features based on business strategy and user needs.
– Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, user priorities, and company product strategy.
– Allocate resources efficiently across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Track and manage product development progress, making quick decisions to keep projects on schedule.
– Adjust plans when issues arise to ensure product delivery deadlines are met.
– Test and evaluate developed features to ensure products meet quality standards.
– Ensure products deliver both business value and social value according to company direction.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of products in trial phases, propose solutions, and suggest upgrades if necessary.
– Act as a liaison among stakeholders, including BA teams, technology teams, marketing, business development, and other departments, ensuring clear understanding of objectives and development progress.
2. Experience & Skills
– 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent in technology product companies, particularly in e-commerce, e-wallet, or SaaS; experience with vehicle rental platforms is a plus.
– Preference for candidates with a consistent career trajectory in product roles, deep understanding of business context, and the ability to connect user needs with product strategy.
– Experience working in internal product development environments, with direct responsibility for growth metrics, product quality, and user experience.
– Experience monitoring and optimizing metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and other product performance indicators.
– Proficient in building and managing Product Backlogs; strong knowledge of product development processes (Agile/Scrum).
– Customer-centric mindset, data-driven, and capable of making decisions based on practical insights.
– Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across departments including business, technical, operations, and customer support teams.
– Ability to lead product teams, conduct market segmentation analysis, clarify user needs, and define strategic priorities.
– Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills; accountable for product progress and quality throughout development stages.
